I had an amazing time hanging out with an awesome group of attendees at an author event that I participated in on yesterday. Many thanks to everyone that came and to the hosts, Friends of Smyrna Library and Smyrna Public Library for putting on such a great event! 💕 It makes me so happy to see my cookbook make its way to your library and so many more!

During the event I had the opportunity to chat about my cookbook and culinary journey with Mary, the Library Director at Smyrna Public Library. I also had lots of fun demonstrating how to prepare two delicious recipes from the cookbook and made sure we had samples for all of my new friends to try. ☺️

Sending a special thank you to my friends at East Fork Pottery - Atlanta @eastforkatlanta (Donna 💕) and @eastforkpottery for making this event extra special. Some of our attendees took home some of my favorite Everyday Bowls and if you have my book, you know I couldn’t have been more thrilled! Yay! 🎉

A glimpse of a few days well spent in Puerto Rico last month. We took the less “touristy” route on this trip…and I’m so glad we did. However, one of my favorite parts had to be taking a catamaran out to Cayo Icacos and then snorkeling around the coral reefs right off the coast. Unforgettable, to say the least. ☺️
